As someone who likes to stay on top of my orders, the wait for customer service was a bit frustrating. They did eventually get back to me, and once they did, they were polite and answered my question clearly. So overall, not a bad experience, just not the fastest if you need help right away.

I accidentally ordered the wrong trim size from Outwater Plastics, so I had to return it. The process itself was straightforward and felt fair enough, which I appreciate because companies should make it reasonable when a customer makes an honest mistake. The only downside was that the refund took longer than I expected, and customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. In the end, they did the right thing and I got my money back, so I can’t complain too much. It was fine overall, just slower than I would’ve liked...

They had the parts in stock, ordering was quick, and everything went smoothly

I ordered a few samples from outwater so I could check the colors and material before committing to the full pieces. Simple process overall. Found what I needed without much digging.
The samples showed up faster than I thought they would, and everything was packed just fine. Really helpful to see them in person first. Would definitely order from them again.

I was interested in it, but the price ended up being higher than I expected. It may be fine for some people, but for my budget, it feels a little too pricey.

Overall, it’s not a bad site, just not the smoothest experience. I’d say it’s about 3 stars for usability.

I ordered from Outwater Plastics and I’ll give them credit, the delivery communication was solid. I got emails when the order shipped and again when it was getting close, so I wasn’t stuck wondering where everything was.
The box arrived on the day they said it would, which I definitely appreciated. The only thing I’d say is the tracking updates could’ve been a bit more detailed, but overall it was a simple, hassle-free process and I didn’t have to chase anyone down.

My order ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much. It almost felt like nobody was in much of a rush to get it moving. The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping experience definitely wasn’t great.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The parts felt cheap right out of the box, and some of them were already scratched up. For what I was expecting, this was kind of a “what a joke” moment

I’m picky about getting good value for what I pay, so I was happy to see my order showed up packed really well. The box was sturdy, nothing was dented or broken, and everything inside was wrapped securely. For the price, I’m glad it arrived in such good shape.
